Check out the Fox Pico pillow by designer Ross Menuez.
The pillow features a screen print of an orange fox on a fox shaped pillow made from organic cotton. The pillow is great for play or actual use and has a pop art feel with a completely innocent touch, perfect for a young kid. Also in store are the racoon and owl mini cushions by the same designer.

Part of the 'reality' series by award winning designer, harry allen. 'Reality' consists of objects whose forms are sampled from existing sources. Allen, whose work is part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York, has long believed that original form should no longer be the driving force in design. His process emphazises the inherent beauty of things - beauty from concept, beauty from materials, beauty from structure. Bank in the form of a pig is the 'reality' take on the classic piggy bank. it is produced by casting polyester resins in highly-detailed silicone molds from a real pig. The pig, we are told, lost its life from natural causes and allen will donate $10 from each sale to the Humane Society to prevent cruelty to animals everywhere. These banks are not toys, they should be handled with care.

Robot toys are typically made of plastic and require batteries — but with designer David Weeks’ latest toy you can indulge your (inner?) child with a robot pal while maintaining your green sensibility. David Weeks creates his lovable and pliable Cubebots with sustainably harvested cherry wood in two sizes — medium and small. Inspired by the Japanese Shinto Kumi-ki puzzles, the Cubebot is a non-traditional take on the toy robot by joining ancient Japanese traditions with contemporary toy culture. The robot’s sturdy hardwood frame can hold many poses, and his elastic-band muscles and durable wood limbs allow his body to stand up to rambunctious play. When playtime is over, Cubebots neatly fold up into an unassuming perfect cube. Impressed with David Weeks’ craftsmanship?... come in to the Emporium and check out Hanno the gorilla and Ursa the bear.
